I have been strung along by customer 'service' for over two months. Does anyone have direct phone &/or e-mail contacts for the executives, T.M. West, J. Risch or G. Robertson?

Q:
Is this site legit and selling real parts or are they just used goods?

New parts... they manufacture nothing. Just a distributor, reseller of other people's goods. Returning the inferior goods you receive is definitely an issue as you can see by the numerous complaints. They are cheap because they sell the lowest quality parts on the market. Save yourself the experience and purchase elsewhere.

They sell new parts but make it really difficult to return anything. The pic may not be the actual item. I used this company back in the 70's but they have gotten progressively worse with customer service. I would find another company for your auto parts.

Answer This Question
Q:
Why does their customer service take so long and why do they show no care or concern for their customers? Why do you take days to process an order when other companies can process them in minutes. Why do you say 8-9 days to ship and actually take 14?
Because you have NO customer service, No phone to talk with a customer, No live Chat and do not return e-mails.

Another great business that has caved in to the e-commerce trade. They are quick to take your money, take orders, but deliver no good or they take forever to get you what you order.

Customer service is entirely based in the Philippines. There is nothing in this company except a shipping point, the old JCW warehouse. I believe much of what they sell is not a JCW warehouse item, but is simply an order to a supplier chain when you order from JCW. You are not getting anything from JCW warehouse that is stocked. Time to order to their supplier, cross-ship to JCW likely and boxes rebranded or reboxed in the USA and shipped to you, the end customer. Only thing they have in the USA is US auto parts corporate in CA and they will respond to no complaints regarding JCW. I will never buy from JCW or their other corporate sisters again.

Answer This Question
Q:
Why do you sell parts called Replacement Brand when in fact there is no such brand? All of you sister sites from U.S. Auto Parts Network are pulling the same fraud. All it appears is that your companies are pulling a clever trick of redirecting search quarry's to your sites knowing consumer will search for say, a replacement fog light for 1998 Buick, and the word replacement sends the consumer straight to one of your sites. That is fraud
